advantages of Internet shopping and advanced marketing systems through
an interactive and personalized experience. We may

terms of this privacy policy. We will never sell, barter,
or rent your email address to any unauthorized third party Period."

Newsletter Opt In
eZbizworld.com employs the services of VerticalResponse, Inc. for the delivery
of our newsletter. The newsletter is OPT-IN ONLY and email addresses and names
are NOT automatically added from purchased lists. VerticalResponse, Inc. and
eZbizworld.com agree not to sell or rent the email addresses of any List Owner or
List Member to any third party. Immediately after signing up for our newsletter you
will receive an email asking you to confirm and activate your subscription status.
We put this safety mechanism in place to make sure that no one subscribed your
email address without you knowing about it. As soon as you activate your subscription,
you will be queued to receive our newsletter. We hate spam as much as you do.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer
our Web site.

Choice/Opt-Out
We always provide our subscribers with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving the
newsletter or communications from us. This option appears at the bottom of each
email sent to remove their information from our database to not receive future
communications or to no longer receive our service.

No Payment Or Fees

credit cards or any other form of payment or fees of any kind from customers,
but rather refers all customers to merchants for commission
of sale via online advertising. All sales will be completed
by the merchant advertised. All commission paid to us are by merchant
advertised and does NOT affect the total sales price at all.

How we gather information from users

satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit
the dispute to binding arbitration at the following

American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award
rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court
with jurisdiction to do so.
